Our Story

That never sat right with me.

I started Strategic Sales Results because salespeople do not need more pressure. They need better development. Not theory, hype, or a one-off motivation session they forget by Monday.

Real coaching. Practical frameworks. Stronger conversations. Better performance habits. Because when someone learns how to sell properly, it changes more than their results. It changes their confidence, their income, their opportunities in life and the way they show up to everything.

After 15 years of leading sales teams, I kept seeing capable people put under pressure without the right support behind them. They were expected to hit targets, prospect, follow up, handle objections and close deals, but many had never been properly coached on how to do those things with confidence, structure and consistency.

    We are a sales training company built from real sales environments. We exist to raise the standard of how individuals, teams, and businesses are trained in sales.

    Our experience comes from the field. Our founder has built sales teams, launched sales centres, managed performance, and trained people across real estate, telco, insurance, outbound sales, B2B and B2C.

    That is the foundation of our training practical, structured, and built around the real challenges salespeople face every day.
