To me, sales is more than just a job. It can get personal and emotional; however, when done right, it becomes a life skill that can transform lives and businesses.
After 15 years of leading high-performing sales teams across insurance, telecommunications, B2B/B2C, and outbound call centres, I saw the same pattern: good people, big targets, and little real support. Sales leaders were expected to perform without the structure, mindset, or coaching needed to truly succeed.
